Couldn’t be happier to see Sister Leynie receiving the One Together Small Steps award for all the work we have put in reducing Surgical Site Infections in Hip Fracture Patients at Ashford at St Peters
Not only has this great project won the above award but has been published in the GIRFT update report as an example of good practice. We made a huge number of changes to the patient pathway applying marginal gains theory and everyone in the team did their bit
